I’ve been meaning to contact you for ages. Back in July I had the pleasure of interviewing your father Sandy for a film project I am working on about New Zealanders in the Fleet Air Arm. I would absolutely love to get your permission to please use some of the wartime photos you have here to help illustrate the interview when I come to edit it into the film. Sandy gave me his blessing to use them, so long as you are happy. Would this be ok with you please?

Do you have any other wartime photos from his collection? Particularly of the Albacores or the desert bases, etc. He talked a lot about that very interesting period with No. 826 Squadron.
