I have a Canon R5, which takes RF lenses. All my lenses are Canon EF lenses, which fit the older DSLR cameras. But they can be made to fit the RF mounts with a EF – RF adaptor. The lenses work really well with this setup, with no loss of quality or performance. I recently purchased a Drop-In Filter Mount with a Variable Neutral Density filter built in. This cuts back the light allowing very slow shutter speeds to be used in the middle of the day. This gives a silky look to water shots. I spent a few hours on Saturday under a cloudy sky experimenting with the filter which was fitted to a Sigma 14 – 24 2.8 lens.
