Over the last month or so I have been exploring the area around the Ferrymead Historic Park, including a couple of small lakes nearby. There are quite a variety of birds there, such as: White Heron’s, Little Egret, Royal Spoonbills, Australasian Shoveler, Scaup, Kingfishers, Little Shags and Black shags.
